• Coordinate crew paperwork, payroll, and scheduling

• Create and maintain shoot schedules, tracking progress

• Collaborate closely with vendors and crew

Logistics and Legal

• Organize appearance, materials, and location releases

• Monitor production costs, providing accurate financial reports

• Collect crew invoices promptly upon project completion

• Calculate actual project costs to facilitate accurate profit and loss reporting
